#YouSaid - What matters to you
ASB (Anti-social behaviour) General - Results from "my views" survey conducted by the local team, via Neighborhood Link, indicate that this is a priority concern on the area- mainly around Cravens Recreational Ground, Overton Road, Redwood Walk and Longcliffe Road.
Drug Dealing/Drug Taking - Results from "my views" survey conducted by the local team, via Neighbourhood Link, indicate that this is a priority concern on the area.
Road Safety - Results from "my views" survey conducted by the local team, via Neighbourhood Link, indicate that this is a priority concern on the area.
We have been patrolling the ASB hotspots as identified from results by “my views” surveys completed by you. Officers located a group who have been causing on-going issues on Redwood Walk whereby they have been setting fires. They were dealt with in relation to this and one male was also dealt with in relation to cannabis possession. We have been working with Leicester City Council to get the area cleaned of all the rubbish around the park on Redwood Walk left over by street drinkers.
The team have also been conducting proactive traffic stops to target those using the road network for criminality with great success. Beat officers have been and will continue to provide patrols at local schools at key times to improve the safety of pupils, parents and road users.
OP Syphon has also commenced across the East addressing issues including speeding, dangerous parking, seatbelt usage and more.
