Dear South Leicester Resident,

You are receiving the following email as a resident living on the Freemen Police Beat.

Local officers will be out this evening (05/11/24) conducting dedicated patrols and responding to reports of fireworks misuse and any other related incidents. As part of Operation Whoosh officers will be utilising the marked police vehicles and will also be out on foot to reduce issues, tackle those who are out being anti-social and using fireworks in an inappropriate or unsafe manner.

Officers will be out patrolling across the South Leicester area and we would urge you to report any issues where you see anyone misusing fireworks particularly in open space areas, in the road/street or acting in an anti-social manner.
