Road Safety PC Daley and PCSO Gray along with PC Tranter from the Rural South and PC O’Dwyer from response supported the Remembrance Parade and service in Waltham on the Wolds. This was a well organised event by the Parish Council with a good turn out of villagers. A few cyclists were kept from disrupting the service who had come through one of the road closures. An ambulance was also safely let through with the officers ensuring pedestrian safety for those on the road. We have had 3 minor road traffic incidents, 2 in the Scalford area, one on King Street leading out of the village involving 2 vehicles and a further 2 vehicle collision on the junction of Landyke Lane and Clawson Lane. A third one involving a single vehicle on Belvoir Road near to the Castle.
