Taking Positive Action with our Local Priority’s

We have taken positive action and completed Street consultations in our Beat Priority areas. Talking to many new residents in the area and listening to any Policing issues. We have signed  some residents to our Neighbourhood Link, which is a free messaging service. Patrols continue in all areas in .

Community Engagement and meeting our Communities

We have had some early festive engagements in our community this month and have been able to issue Crime Prevention ‘ goodie bags’ to the public and meet new residents in a social setting. This gave us a chance to give reminders, to ‘Light up ‘ properties when there is no person at home and to take all valuables out of your vehicles when left unattended.

On the Sunday 8th of December in Aylestone Hall Gardens, the community will be coming together for Carols In The Park, starting at 4.30pm. This is where the residents come together for the Christmas Nativity ,sing carols to the sound of Southfields Brass Band. Come along and enjoy the festivity.

This is just a selection of what the neighbourhood team have been doing, we have also been completing crime investigations, visible patrolling including 'hot spot' areas and engaging with residents and businesses in the area.
