Officers this evening have been made aware of between two and three males trying car door handles in the local area. Response officers headed out immediately and have been patrolling amongst other places Valiant Way and surrounding area, Ullswater Road and side streets, Thames Road, Tamar Road, Lake Terrace and on the other side of town the West Avenue and local area. Throughout the night further patrols will be patrolling these areas in both marked and unmarked vehicles in-between responding to any other emergency calls.
