Melton Town North Update

Good morning Neighbourhood Link member,

15/04/25

After a few rest days, I'm back on shift. This morning kicked off with an interesting incident involving a suspicious individual. Myself and PCSO French attended and thankfully, all was well, and after a quick update call, we were back to our tasks.

Today, I had the pleasure of teaming up with our Safer Communities and Neighbourhood Officer from the council for a patch walk. We focused on key areas of concern and it was a great opportunity to discuss various strategies to enhance safety and security across the beat.

In addition to catching up on clerical work that's built up over rest days, I've been actively patrolling the beat both on foot and in a marked vehicle.

Upcoming Engagement:

On April 26th, I'll be at the Doctors Lane Allotment site around 12:30 PM. This is a great opportunity for anyone with concerns or questions to come and chat. I'll be there to offer advice, especially regarding the recent break-ins at the various allotment sites on the beat. It's important that we work together to address these issues and find solutions to keep our community secure.

Safe evening all,

PCSO Dandy
