Melton Rural South

It's been a busy day shift on the Rural South. It started with attending an ASB incident then assisting a Rutland officer with an RTC in Oakham. It's then been a shift of patrolling ASB hotspots at Asfordby Village Hall Park and Asfordby Valley Fishing Lake.

Then following reports of speeding and bad driving I've been patrolling Station Lane, Old Dalby and along the B6047 from Great Dalby and Thorpe Satchville to Twyford. The presence of the marked car was clearly a deterrent as everyone stayed within the speed limit.

I'm on a late shift tomorrow and all being well I shall be patrolling across the beat focusing on our 3 main beat priorities of

Drugs
