🚨 Cultural Quarter Beat – March to June Round-Up🚨 Over the past three months, we’ve been working hard to deliver on our local policing priorities. Here’s what we’ve achieved between March and June: 👮♂️ Proactive Patrols: Increased visibility and engagement across the beat, with a focus on deterring theft and anti-social behaviour. 🚨 Warrants Executed: Several successful operations targeting drug-related activity, based on community intelligence. 🚲 Cycle Theft Prevention: Targeted patrols in known hot spot areas to disrupt and prevent further offences. 🛍️ Business Engagement: Ongoing partnership work with local retailers to improve reporting, share intelligence, and reduce shop theft. 🗣️ Community Engagement: Delivered crime prevention advice and safeguarding support through regular contact with residents and local groups. New Priorities: July to September We’ve now set our new priorities for the next three months, shaped by local concerns and community feedback. These will focus on: - Tacking Summer ASB - Reducing Vehicle Crime - Disrupting Drug Supply We’re committed to working with you to keep the Cultural Quarter safe and vibrant. ☀️
