Beat update

🌆 Good evening Braunstone and Rowley Fields residents,

It’s been a busy couple of days for the beat team…

👮‍♀️ PCSOs Beth and Julie have been out on hotspot patrols and also checked in on a couple of our vulnerable residents to make sure they’re safe and supported.

🚲 They also carried out a beat surgery and Bike Register event at the Braunstone Parkrun — great to see so many people stopping by for advice and to get their bikes securely registered!

👀 During patrol, eagle‑eyed Beth spotted a wanted male — with help from colleagues on a neighbouring beat, he was arrested and will be in court tomorrow.

🚗 Later on, we came across a vehicle involved in a recent fail‑to‑stop offence. Not only was it untaxed, but it was also displaying a cloned number plate! ❌🔢

👮‍♂️ PCs Chelsea and Ryan have been busy too — gathering intelligence, completing welfare visits, and attending a neighbour dispute to help keep the peace.
