One of the Bardon Beat priorities, raised following concerns from local residents, is the enforcement of weight restrictions in the areas of Ellistown, Ibstock, and Heather.

Today, officers from the Bardon Beat conducted targeted patrols in Ellistown, focusing on heavy goods vehicles (HGVs) to ensure compliance with these restrictions.

During the patrols, officers monitored three vehicles carrying out delivery and collection activities within the area. All vehicles were confirmed to be exempt from the weight restrictions.
