🚨 CRIME PREVENTION ADVICE – PARCEL THEFTS 🚨

We continue to receive reports of parcels being stolen after being left unattended on doorsteps.

To help reduce the risk of becoming a victim, please consider the following advice:

📦 Track your delivery so you know when it is due to arrive.

🏠 Ask a trusted neighbour, friend or family member to take delivery if you are not at home.

🔒 Use a secure location such as a parcel box, safe place or locked shed where possible.

🏪 Choose a collection point or parcel locker for higher-value items.

📱 Check delivery notifications promptly and collect parcels as soon as possible.

📹 Doorbell cameras and CCTV can help deter offenders and provide evidence if a theft occurs.

If you witness suspicious behaviour around delivery addresses, please report it to police. For crimes in progress, always call 999.
