 Stolen Vehicle Recovered

Today we assisted our cross-border colleagues after receiving a report of a suspicious vehicle with no number plates.

Checks revealed the vehicle had been stolen from Derbyshire.

The vehicle was recovered and is now in the hands of our forensic investigators as enquiries continue to identify those responsible.

 Vehicle crime prevention reminder

 Lock it
Keep keys out of sight and away from doors/windows
Use a signal-blocking pouch for keyless vehicles
 Consider additional physical security
 Use tamper-resistant number plate screws
Remove valuables and other tempting items from view

Great cross-border teamwork and another stolen vehicle recovered.
